
Honey-Mustard Ham Slices on the Grill

- 6-8 thicker slices of cooked-smoked ham
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar or white wine vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
- fresh parsley or chives for garnish
Zubereitung
- Make the glaze: Mix together the Dijon mustard, honey, apple cider vinegar, black pepper and ground paprika. Stir thoroughly.
- Prepare the ham: Place the ham slices on a plate. Brush both sides with the glaze using a brush.
- Prepare the grill: Preheat the grill to medium heat. You can lightly oil the grate.
- Grill the ham: Place the glazed slices on the grill grate. Grill both sides for 2-3 minutes until the glaze caramelizes.
- Serve: Take off the grill and sprinkle with fresh parsley or chives.
