Korean Spicy Chicken Wings

Zutaten

  • 700 g chicken wings
  • 2 tbsp gochujang sauce
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp miso paste
  • 1 tbsp sunflower oil
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 2 tbsp spring onion

Zubereitung

  1. Preheat the grill to medium heat.
  2. After cleaning, salt the chicken wings.
  3. Place the wings on the oiled grate.
  4. Cook for 15-20 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 71°C.
  5. Mix together the gochujang, maple syrup, miso, rice vinegar and the oils.
  6. Finely chop the green part of the spring onion.
  7. Fry until crispy.
  8. Place in a bowl, add some of the sauce and toss together.
  9. Sprinkle with spring onion and sesame seeds.
