
Korean Spicy Chicken Wings

Zutaten
- 700 g chicken wings
- 2 tbsp gochujang sauce
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp miso paste
- 1 tbsp sunflower oil
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- salt to taste
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 2 tbsp spring onion
Zubereitung
- Preheat the grill to medium heat.
- After cleaning, salt the chicken wings.
- Place the wings on the oiled grate.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 71°C.
- Mix together the gochujang, maple syrup, miso, rice vinegar and the oils.
- Finely chop the green part of the spring onion.
- Fry until crispy.
- Place in a bowl, add some of the sauce and toss together.
- Sprinkle with spring onion and sesame seeds.
