
Grilled Chicken Breast Cowboy Style

- 4 chicken breast fillets
- 4 tablespoons of your favorite grill spice blend
- 0.25 cup jalapeño pepper (diced, seeded)
- 1 cup cheddar or trappista cheese, diced
- 0.5 kg sliced bacon
Zubereitung
- Preheat your grill to 175°C.
- Cut a pocket lengthwise into each chicken breast, fill with jalapeño and cheese slices, then close the pocket and wrap with bacon.
- Season the finished cowboy chicken breasts with your favorite grill spice.
- Grill the wrapped chicken breasts for about one hour, or until the internal temperature of the meat reaches 75°C.
- Take the meat off the grill, rest covered for 5-10 minutes, then serve hot.
