  • 70-90 dkg pork loin
  • 2 tablespoons BBQ dry rub
  • 1 tub cream cheese
  • 1 jalapeño pepper (diced, seeded)
  • 1 cup fresh spinach (finely chopped)
  • 20 dkg ground pork
  • 0.5 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 0.5 tablespoon onion powder
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup grated cheese (e.g. pepper jack), served separately

Przygotowanie

  1. Preheat the Kamado grill to 120°C.
  2. Butterfly the pork loin open.
  3. Mix the ground pork filling with the cream cheese, spinach, jalapeño and spices.
  4. Layer the filling and the cheese over the meat.
  5. Roll it up and tie it.
  6. Apply the dry rub all over.
  7. Grill for 2-3 hours until the internal temperature reaches 70-75°C.
  8. Rest for 15-20 minutes, then slice and serve with roasted vegetables.
