- 4 bone-in pork chops
- 2 tablespoons doenjang (soybean paste)
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- SPG rub to taste
Przygotowanie
- Mix the two tablespoons of doenjang paste with the two tablespoons of soy sauce.
- Coat the meat slices thoroughly with the resulting marinade and refrigerate overnight.
- Take the meat out of the fridge one hour before cooking so it is at room temperature for grilling; before placing it on the grate, sprinkle it with salt-pepper-garlic (SPG) spice blend.
- Heat the grill to 180°C, then grill the meat on the grate without a deflector.
- When it is already tender, in the last minutes turn up the heat and cook it to a nice brown at around 220°C.
