  • 4 bone-in pork chops
  • 2 tablespoons doenjang (soybean paste)
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • SPG rub to taste

Przygotowanie

  1. Mix the two tablespoons of doenjang paste with the two tablespoons of soy sauce.
  2. Coat the meat slices thoroughly with the resulting marinade and refrigerate overnight.
  3. Take the meat out of the fridge one hour before cooking so it is at room temperature for grilling; before placing it on the grate, sprinkle it with salt-pepper-garlic (SPG) spice blend.
  4. Heat the grill to 180°C, then grill the meat on the grate without a deflector.
  5. When it is already tender, in the last minutes turn up the heat and cook it to a nice brown at around 220°C.
