Ingredients

  • 0.5 kg salmon fillet
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 teaspoons Cajun spice mix

Method

  1. Preheat the grill to 230°C and insert the grill plate.
  2. Cut the salmon fillet into pieces of the desired size.
  3. Brush the salmon pieces with olive oil and season with Cajun spice mix.
  4. Place the salmon on the grill plate, cook for 6-8 minutes, then turn and cook for another 4-5 minutes.
  5. The salmon is done when its internal temperature reaches 65°C. Once the fish is cooked through, brush with honey, then remove from the grill and serve fresh and warm.
