
Honey Salmon

- 0.5 kg salmon fillet
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 teaspoons Cajun spice mix
Zubereitung
- Preheat the grill to 230°C and insert the grill plate.
- Cut the salmon fillet into pieces of the desired size.
- Brush the salmon pieces with olive oil and season with Cajun spice mix.
- Place the salmon on the grill plate, cook for 6-8 minutes, then turn and cook for another 4-5 minutes.
- The salmon is done when its internal temperature reaches 65°C. Once the fish is cooked through, brush with honey, then remove from the grill and serve fresh and warm.
